Jeanne Corey

Jeanne Corey is the Owner and HR Consultant of Corey Consulting, a firm she established in 2019 following a corporate career spanning more than 25 years in human resources. During that time, she served as head of human resources for many large organizations. She earned her MBA from Babson and maintains a Senior HR Professional certification through the National Society for Human Resources, of which she is a longtime member along with a local chapter. Corey specializes in two primary areas: acting as a fractional human resources executive for several clients, where she collaborates with CEOs and leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals, and managing special projects for larger organizations. These projects have included human resources due diligence for international acquisitions and post-merger integrations involving policy alignment and change management. She has described the greatest career advice she received as emphasizing resilience and perseverance through business, compliance, and employee challenges.
