Athletics leader and coach with nearly two decades of collegiate coaching experience as Head Swim Coach at California State University, Fresno. Also serves as a True Colors Facilitator with Coach Fleck Consulting, supporting team development, communication, and leadership growth. Holds a master’s degree in Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a bachelor’s degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Iowa State University.
