Accomplished engineering leader with over 18 years of experience in hydraulic, fisheries, and riverine habitat design and restoration. President and Principal Engineer at RIVHAB Engineering Design, specializing in water engineering, project management, and the design and construction of fisheries and riparian habitat improvement projects.

Previously served as Senior Hydraulic/Fisheries Engineer at the Idaho Department of Fish and Game and the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission, leading river habitat projects to support native fish populations. Experienced in complex project oversight including hatchery design, river restoration, floodplain connectivity, culvert replacements, fish passage designs, and hydraulic modeling.

Additional experience includes hydraulic engineering projects with McMillen Jacobs Associates and research with NOAA Fisheries, contributing to stream restoration and Chinook/steelhead recovery. Recognized for combining technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver impactful environmental and ecological outcomes.
