Her Story

About Jeannette

I am a global program and project management leader with over a decade of experience in HR technology transformation, payroll implementation, and business consulting, currently serving as Global Senior Program and IT Delivery Manager at Payrollminds, a role I have held since August 2025, where I lead end-to-end global HR and payroll transformation programs for enterprise clients, collaborate with payroll SMEs, vendors, and internal teams to align solutions with client objectives, optimize payroll processes by identifying efficiency gaps and implementing technology-driven improvements, manage stakeholder communication across multiple jurisdictions, oversee payroll system integrations, and drive continuous process innovation to reduce errors and enhance operational scalability.

Prior to this role, I served as Founder, Lead Business Consultant, and Project Manager at JAP Consulting and Management Team LLC for nine months, where I helped local New Jersey businesses and startups achieve enterprise-grade results through strategic planning and execution, developed five-year business plans and operational roadmaps for over ten startups with ninety percent securing funding or profitability within twelve months, negotiated vendor and manufacturing contracts saving clients fifteen thousand to fifty thousand dollars per engagement, and delivered a one hundred seventy-five thousand dollar construction rehabilitation project four months early.

Before that, I spent two years at beqom as Senior Technical Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, where I led a twenty-plus-member global team delivering over ten Fortune 500 projects, accelerated delivery velocity by thirty percent and improved sprint predictability by coaching teams on Scrum and Kanban methodologies, secured six-point-five million dollars in contract renewals, delivered a twelve-point-five-million-dollar HR tech transformation for a Fortune 500 client eight months early, and cut defects by twenty-five percent while accelerating releases by twenty percent.

I spent over nine years at ADP in progressively responsible roles, including ADP Celergo Senior HCM Global Program Manager for nearly six years, where I delivered over forty full-lifecycle implementations with budgets up to ten-point-five million dollars, grew revenue by thirty-seven percent (three-point-seven million dollars) by slashing client onboarding time by twenty-five percent, and managed third-party vendor relationships and contract negotiations. I also served as Senior Implementation Consultant and Implementation Coordinator, where I successfully implemented ADP Streamline for over twenty clients in more than ten countries and deployed to over fifty clients across three- to six-month implementations.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers University and completed Project Management Training through PMTI.

Across my career in global program management, HR technology transformation, and business consulting, my work has been driven by a commitment to delivering complex projects on time and within budget, optimizing processes through technology and innovation, and building strong cross-functional teams that deliver exceptional results. Whether I am leading global payroll transformations, consulting with startups, or managing multi-million-dollar client engagements, I bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a dedication to driving operational excellence and client success. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue delivering impact through my work at Payrollminds.
