My advice to young women entering this industry is to always teach and mentor others, helping them grow as you continue to grow yourself.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are honesty, integrity, and kindness, and I also cherish spending quality time with my husband and two children—supporting my daughter in competitive swimming and my son in baseball—while enjoying reading in my free time.
