01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I lean on my teaching background a lot. Being a leader, you still want to care about your teammates' development. People want to feel cared about first and foremost. Leadership becomes less challenging when the people you're leading know you care about them. People want to succeed and work hard for people who care about them. It's a strength that women can bring to the table.
