Jen Leney
Jen Leney is a dynamic executive with over 20 years of experience leading teams to success across nonprofit and corporate sectors. As Executive Director of 6 Stones, she guides a coalition of churches, businesses, cities, and nonprofit organizations to provide impactful solutions for community needs. Jen brings a hands-on approach to leadership, emphasizing goal achievement, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness, while fostering collaboration and innovation among her teams.
Throughout her career, Jen has held leadership roles spanning operations, fundraising, finance, marketing, information technology, and human resources. Prior to joining 6 Stones, she served as Vice President of Development at Volunteers of America-Texas and as Chief Operating Officer and Development Director at Christian Community Action, where she implemented programs supporting underserved populations, including veterans, seniors, and those in recovery. Her corporate experience at Verizon further strengthened her expertise in financial management, staff development, and operational efficiency.
Jen holds an MBA with honors and a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University – Rawls College of Business. Known for her strategic vision, organizational acumen, and dedication to community impact, Jen combines operational excellence with a heart for service, inspiring her teams and partners to create meaningful, lasting change.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never duplicate services when it comes to movements—focus on efficiency and delivering value where it’s needed most. I find the greatest reward in administration and providing services that make a meaningful impact, and my faith continues to guide and support me in my work every day.
