Ten minutes with Jeneen

01What do you attribute your success to?

My kids are all entrepreneurs. Just getting up every day and just seeing the sunrise, and this beautiful place I live in. And motivation to help my husband as well.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Just never give up. Keep living, keep, you know, live your dreams, go for the goal. You know, your goal is to reach the top and help so many families. Just, you know, do what God put me on this earth to do.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Never give up. Don't listen to the negativity, because everything that you do, somebody is gonna be negative, so you gotta bypass that, and you just gotta have a no-nonsense attitude. Just keep going, live your, you know, live to the top of your ability, work as hard as you can now while you're young, so when you get older, you don't have to work as hard to achieve your goals.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Just getting people to really listen and sit down and take a chance on themselves to really reach the goal that I want to get to. Because people it's been so many things out here to hold people back, and their mindset is just not if you're not in the same environment as others, then your mindset could be a little different.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Family. Family first. I always tell them, like, listen, family first, we can always reschedule a call. You know, take care of your family, that's the most important thing.
