Jenine Carter

Jenine Carter has spent 30 years in accounting and finance. She works in a law firm environment, managing a team responsible for processing accounting bills while also handling onboarding, training, teaching, coaching, and motivating staff to build confidence. Jenine leads by example with empathy and encourages others to grow without feeling limited. She earned an associate's degree followed by a bachelor's through an accelerated program at Robert Morris, graduating in 1995. Outside her primary role, she owns an online styling business called Laylynn's Closets, which she opened in 2020, and she is an avid roller skater who has appeared in television shows including Empire.
