About Jenn

My career has been a journey of transformation across multiple fields over the past 41 years. I began in corporate, spending 9 years in various roles, with one of the most significant being consulting Fortune 500 companies on sustainable business practices. I climbed that corporate ladder super fast in my early career years, thinking that the faster I went up and the more success I had, the happier I'd be. But I kept summiting new peaks and would be happy for a little bit, then wondered why it wasn't fulfilling me. After getting burnt out, I left corporate and bought a one-way ticket to India, where I spent 6 months in a very 'eat, pray, love' type of experience. When I returned to the States, I didn't know what I wanted to do for a while, which was really hard for someone as ambitious and goal-oriented as me. I had to learn a different skill set, to listen to my heart more and be in my body more, rather than just operating from my mind and logic all the time. The calling came to go back to school to become a nurse, which I thought was crazy at first. But I found accelerated nursing programs that matched my background, and I followed the breadcrumbs. I've been a nurse for 10 years now, and I find it to be sacred work, caring for someone and helping them heal. During COVID, I was leading 75 nurses on the front lines, and that experience, combined with everything happening at the time, opened my eyes that life is too short to not do what I've always wanted, which was to be my own business owner. So 6 years ago, I opened my practice in 2020. It started as health coaching but has evolved into high-performance leadership coaching. Now I coach high-level leaders who are burnt out and don't want to walk away from their careers. I teach them the difference between high functioning, which operates on urgency, adrenaline, cortisol, and stress hormones, versus high performing, where you can operate effectively, impactfully, on a sustainable level. I work with clients across various industries, from healthcare to banking to tech, including CHROs and chief nursing officers. I'm also doing a lot of speaking and traveling, with upcoming keynote engagements where I talk about how caring for yourself gives you a competitive edge in your leadership.
