Her Story

About Jenna

Jenna Alexander is an entrepreneur and founder of Bulk Peptide Supply and Bulk Peptide Wholesale businesses she built after spending 3 years in the peptide industry and recognizing an underserved market for bulk research peptides. She launched her first company with just $700 in borrowed funds and has since grown her ventures into a broader business operation. As a founding member of the American Peptide Association, Jenna is passionate about the responsible advancement of the peptide industry and takes particular pride in maintaining a focus on product quality and customer experience. Her businesses are also accredited by the Better Business Bureau, reflecting her emphasis on professionalism, accountability, and building lasting relationships with customers. Jenna’s entrepreneurial perspective is shaped by an unconventional professional journey and a strong foundation in healthcare and law. She worked as a nurse at just 18 and began her career working in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Although the emotional demands of witnessing loss on a daily basis ultimately led her to pursue a different path, her experience in nursing instilled in her an enduring appreciation for compassion, service, and the importance of listening to others. She later studied political science and government at the University of Central Oklahoma and attended law school with aspirations of practicing veterans and appellate law. Those experiences have contributed to an approachable leadership style grounded in critical thinking, communication, and a willingness to understand people before making decisions. At the heart of Jenna’s success is her belief that business is ultimately about people. She places exceptional customer service at the center of her leadership philosophy, striving to make every customer feel heard, respected, and valued. She is equally committed to giving back in tangible ways, including helping individuals facing financial hardships with utility payments and providing legal guidance to single mothers confronting eviction. Despite the demands of entrepreneurship, Jenna considers being present for her children and watching them grow among her greatest priorities and sources of fulfillment. Her journey from an 18-year-old nurse to a multi-million dollar business entrepreneur reflects resilience, adaptability, and determination, and she remains most proud of building companies that have allowed her to keep pace with a rapidly evolving industry while maintaining the values of quality, service, family, and community.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jenna

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to customer service and ensuring quality control. I always make sure I go above and beyond for my customers. They want to feel like they're being heard which generates word of mouth advertising. They also want good quality products. Ensuring that all products that are sent to customers are among the highest quality products available is tantamount.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The customer is always right. Customer service is at the heart of every business. Without it, you will not be successful.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do your homework and find someone to align with who can give you advice, time, and a blueprint of whatever path they've taken. That's invaluable.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest opportunity in my field right now is advancing the use of peptides to make a difference in health and longevity. The biggest challenge is the market is becoming oversaturated with many other companies who are not doing their due diligence.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Putting family first is the most important value to me in both my work and personal life.
