Reunion Tower
Dallas, TX 75207

Jenna Guinn is the Marketing Manager for Reunion Tower, where she leads the venue’s social media team, shapes the brand voice, and programs seasonal and partnership events that bring both locals and visitors to the iconic Dallas skyline. She manages everything from concept to execution—booking pop-ups, coordinating onsite operations, and partnering with local media—so each campaign delivers a memorable guest experience and measurable business results. Jenna also represents the tower at industry gatherings like eTourism Summit to keep Reunion Tower on the leading edge of destination marketing.

With 15 years in entertainment and tourism marketing, Jenna built her craft across live-event venues—starting with a long internship and six-plus years at House of Blues and later supporting promotions and marketing efforts at Billy Bob's Texas and Texas Live!. That background taught her how to connect creative promotions with operational execution, cultivate artist and partner relationships, and scale campaigns that drive attendance and revenue. Her career is defined by a knack for turning cultural moments into repeatable, on-brand programming.

Jenna holds a Master of Fine Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University and a BFA in Visual Communications from East Texas A&M University. She brings academic rigor to hands-on marketing work: a thoughtful, organized approach to strategy, a commitment to team development, and a passion for crafting experiences that keep people coming back.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I'm a big list maker and task-oriented person, so I think setting tasks and just checking them off the list is crucial to my success. There's quite a satisfaction with drawing a line through something on your list. Being organized and making sure I get all my ducks in a row and completing tasks is what keeps me on track and helps me accomplish my goals.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say that who you meet along the way is important, because you never know whether you'll come across them again in the future, and they can be beneficial to your current role. Making those connections and building partnerships is crucial. Since I've worked across different industries, I've kept a lot of friends and acquaintances throughout those experiences, and bringing other businesses to the tower through those relationships has been really valuable. Those partnerships need to be beneficial for everybody involved.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge for us at the tower is making sure we're not just a tourist destination. Since we are considered a tourist destination, especially after 2020 when traveling changed dramatically, we had to make ourselves relevant for Dallasites, not just tourists. We need to make sure that we have something for everyone, and that it's not just a one-time destination for people to visit. There needs to be a reason for people to come back multiple times.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are fostering collaboration through partnerships, maintaining organization and accountability, and providing tailored leadership that supports the growth of others. In my personal life, I cherish spending time with my almost two-year-old son and pursuing my passion for baking through my cookie business.
