What do you attribute your success to?
I definitely attribute my success to my mom. My mom is a very strong woman, too. She's 5 feet 2, and she is a Clark County Judge, so I definitely give tribute to her. And then also both my parents, too. Like, my dad has shaped me the way that I am today just through his hard work. I see my parents just go from nothing to hard work all the way up to just being symbolized with their accomplishments for being best lawyers in Las Vegas for 8 years. But you don't get there without hard work, so I definitely pay tribute to my parents for shaping me to who I am.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Do it scared. I’ve learned that stepping into new opportunities—even when they feel intimidating—is essential for growth. Confidence comes with preparation and experience, and sometimes the most important step is simply moving forward despite uncertainty.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would definitely tell them, don't be scared, or what my friends always like to say when we're here, they said, do it scared, because it is scary. My field is a very male-dominated field, and I know we're talking on the phone, I am a short woman. I am 5 feet tall. I am not intimidating whatsoever. But yeah, it is a male-dominated field. It is scary. These men are gonna look at you once and not blink an eye, but it's okay, do it scared, just well yourself, make sure you know what you're talking about, and be confident in yourself. Because when you are confident in yourself, people can hear it through your voice. And then when they hear it through your voice, they look at you, and then also, when you tell yourself you're confident, too, when you tell yourself something, your brain does it. When you tell yourself, I can't do it, you don't do it. When you tell yourself, I can do it, you do do it. So, it's just whatever you tell your brain, but it's just be confident, be true who you are, and it's okay. It's gonna be all okay.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the business brokerage industry is building credibility and trust, especially early in your career. Networking, developing strong relationships, and establishing a personal brand are critical to success. At the same time, these challenges present opportunities to stand out by building authentic connections and consistently delivering value.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my professional and personal life are perseverance, confidence, authenticity, and hard work. I strongly believe in not giving up when pursuing something important to me. I also value building genuine relationships and maintaining a positive mindset while continuing to learn and grow.
