Jenna Taubel

Jenna Taubel serves as AVP of Marketing at First Alliance Credit Union in Rochester, Minnesota. She joined the credit union industry almost immediately after college as the organization's first marketing hire when no marketing department existed, beginning her career there as a marketing coordinator. Over her 13 years with the same employer she has built and now leads a three-person team responsible for digital member experience, online presence, branding, social media, email campaigns, a podcast, two weekly blog posts, product development, and financial literacy programming. Taubel holds a Business Administration degree from Winona State University. She participates in America's Credit Union's Marketing and Business Development Council, has led the Minnesota Credit Union Network's young professionals group known as The Crew, chairs the First Alliance Credit Union Foundation board, and serves on the IMAA board supporting immigrants and refugees in Southeast Minnesota; she recently completed service on the Family Service Rochester board. Throughout her career she has received roughly 20 marketing awards from America's Credit Unions Diamond Awards and the Minnesota Credit Union Network.
