Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to starting my career as a teacher, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding students and learning environments, and then transitioning into technical education. That combination of hands-on classroom experience and technical expertise has allowed me to design programs, lead teams, and deliver solutions that truly meet the needs of educators and students.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this field to pursue continuous learning and higher education, apply what they learn in real-world situations, and always keep the needs of students at the center of everything they do.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I value curiosity, lifelong learning, and family. I’m passionate about exploring new ideas—whether through reading, Star Trek, or engaging with those I care about—and I strive to bring that same sense of curiosity and dedication to everything I do professionally.
