Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jenni
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to tenacity and the wisdom I’ve gained through experience. At this stage in my life, creating Humankind Intelligence is deeply meaningful because it allows me to pursue my passion, build a legacy, and honor my own value as a woman. I want to lead by example for my children by showing them that women have worth, deserve to be visible, and should never be afraid to shine their light.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust your instincts and listen to your inner compass. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or make mistakes—mistakes are part of growth and learning. Most importantly, maintain a sense of humor and don’t take yourself too seriously; give yourself grace, learn from every experience, and keep moving forward.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI is evolving rapidly, bringing both significant opportunities and valid concerns around safety, data privacy, and its impact on creativity. I’m passionate about promoting responsible AI use, protecting data, and ensuring that technology supports rather than replaces human creativity, authenticity, and connection. I believe navigating this evolving space requires openness, education, and a continued focus on humanity.
