About Jennider
I have been helping people in the insurance field for about 19 years now, with 16 years in property and casualty and the last 3 in life and health, plus some legal experience. I genuinely like helping people and seeing the good side of things. In my off time, I have written a series of books on Texas Wildlife and created two children's books, with proceeds going to support Texas Children's Hospital through coloring books and donations. I also have a YouTube channel to market my skills. As a proud Texan and mom to two wonderful boys, I focus on giving back to my community and simplifying healthcare, especially for seniors and those with chronic conditions.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to treating others like I would in kindergarten, having confidence in myself, and focusing on mental health and what brings peace. Raising my two boys has been my greatest accomplishment, and I believe in working on ourselves to be confident in who we are.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The greatest piece of advice I received is to treat others like kindergarten rolls but never let someone stand in front of you. Have confidence in yourself because there are always people better and worse off than you. Focus on your own mental health and what brings you peace.
