Jennie Anderson

She is a dedicated early childhood educator and trainer with over a decade of experience supporting the development and education of young children, currently serving as an Early Childhood Educator at Operation Breakthrough, where she has worked since 2013. In this role, she provides high-quality care, education, and developmental support to children. She also serves as a DRDP Certified Instructor, training early childhood educators in the process of DRDP documentation, helping to strengthen assessment and instructional practices across the field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Park University, where she graduated with honors. She is recognized as a compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled educator who is deeply committed to supporting early childhood development, empowering educators, and making a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.
