Jennie Hirsch is an emerging communications professional with a growing portfolio in strategic communications, public relations, and marketing. Currently serving as a B2B Marketing Specialist at Ethos Consulting Group, Jennie brings a strong mix of analytical thinking and creative execution to her work. Her experience spans social media management, B2B marketing, professional writing, and graphic design. She has developed and implemented campaigns for organizations such as Literacy Pittsburgh and Elite Collegiate Planning, honing her ability to craft authentic narratives that connect brands with their audiences.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work and the diverse experience I’ve gained across communications and marketing roles at organizations like Literacy Pittsburgh, Weed Man Lawn Care, and Paradigm Financial Group.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to confidently promote yourself, actively network, build a strong LinkedIn presence, and engage in community and non-profit work to grow both professionally and personally.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity in my field at the moment is having the proper resources to market myself. I talk to a lot of business owners and create relationships with them, which has done a lot for my ability to represent myself as a professional individual.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are curiosity, creativity, and balance, which I nurture through reading, painting, rock climbing, and enjoying downtime with TV.
