About Jennie
Jennie Hogue serves as District Manager for Waffle House, a role she has held for three years after nine years in the food service industry. She began her career in cashier and cook positions before joining Waffle House, where she completed the company's MIT program and advanced from unit manager to district manager in just nine months. Hogue earned her bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis on human resources from Liberty University in 2021. She is known for her servant leadership style, leading by example in cooking, coaching her team, and maintaining high standards while troubleshooting operations in a 24-hour business. Hogue has been honored with the Puzzle Piece Award for her ability to staff and grow units and the Business Leadership Award for maintaining standards, growing sales, and retaining associates. Outside of work, she volunteers with Tree of Life Ministries through her church.
