Jennifer Jackson

She is an accomplished architect, design leader, and board executive with over a decade of experience in architectural practice, project management, and strategic leadership, currently serving as Practice Studio Leader and Principal, Designer, and Board Director at JLG Architects. In this role, she leads practice strategy, business and marketing initiatives, and board leadership, while also serving as Chair of the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, she held progressively senior positions at JLG, including Sr. Project Manager, Designer & Board Director, Sr. Project Manager, and Project Manager. Her career also includes serving as Architect at Ubl Design Group and as Project Team Leader at Duvall Decker. She has served as a Grant Writer for The Welcome House, Inc., supporting efforts to reduce homelessness. She holds an MBA in Virtuous Leadership from the University of Mary and a Master of Architecture from North Dakota State University. She is recognized as a visionary, collaborative, and values-driven leader who combines design excellence with strong business acumen and a commitment to community impact and board leadership.
