About Jennifer
I am from El Salvador and came to the U.S. about 5 years ago. I have always been passionate about the World Cup. I started working at FIFA in logistics coordination about 2 years ago right after college. My role involves collecting data for reports, managing shipments to stadiums, coordinating between departments, and resolving issues on the ground.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I believe that first of all this is just a blessing from God because He rewards those faithful people but at the same time I believe that doors open and it's just like maybe you have to put the effort in to get there as well. It's not like everything's gonna be given to you but like it requires a lot of effort even the fact of applying right sometimes we're just afraid to apply to a certain job because you think it's just too big.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take advantage of every opportunity because you don't know what's going to result in. Like if there's an internship even if like it's not a big company or anything take advantage of it because everything counts.
