About Jennifer
Jennifer Andres brings 15 years of experience to her role as an ESL Specialist and Account Manager for Grapeseed. Her professional journey began in early childhood education, where she focused on literacy instruction and oral language development. She taught Title I reading for 10 years in a K-2 school while also supporting English language learners. Today, her main area of expertise is language and literacy, and she builds strong relationships with district leaders and students while analyzing data to improve outcomes. Jennifer holds a master's degree plus many additional hours of continuing education. She attributes her success to dedication and hard work in her practice and field, always seeking to learn, grow, and avoid stagnation. The best career advice she has received emphasizes that one is never stuck, with ample room to grow, set goals, and advance through different positions.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think dedication, just hard work and dedication. To my practice and to my field, continuing to learn and grow and not be stagnant.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I would just say that maybe, you know, just being told that I wasn't stuck. And there's always, you know, room to grow, and it's always good to, you know, continue to learn and challenge yourself, and it's okay to have goals. It's okay to move up in positions, it's okay to take different positions. So, I think that's one of the best things, you know, that's driven me, is just knowing that it can keep going, that I there's always more.
