What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to never be afraid to take chances and think outside the box. I’ve learned to turn negative situations into opportunities for growth and to always continue my education, because learning and adaptability are key to long-term success.

I would encourage young women entering the industry to lead with confidence and motivation while staying open to learning from others. Take initiative, think creatively, and don’t be afraid to bring new ideas and solutions to the table—your perspective can make a meaningful impact.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Right now, one of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is effectively reaching out to a wide audience so they understand how our company can support them. Staying adaptable to economic changes while finding ways to make a meaningful impact every day is both demanding and rewarding.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me both at work and in my personal life include being open-minded, sharing my thoughts and opinions honestly, making thoughtful decisions, and embracing challenges as opportunities to grow. Outside of work, I’m passionate about reading, dirt road biking, and enjoying water adventures at the beach, which help me stay energized and inspired.
