Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jennifer
01What do you attribute your success to?
I do a lot of considered research. I read, learn, research, talk to other people, watch other people, ask questions, and then go with my gut. It's about being willing to take risks but also trusting myself.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Pursue what fills you up. Pursue what brings you joy, what makes you feel good about how you're spending your time. Push away voices that tell you to value money or status.
