Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jennifer
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to my parents. Watching them grow up, I was deeply inspired by their work ethic and dedication—my father as a business owner, seeing how he interacted with people and committed himself fully, and my mother, whose determination and values were equally influential. Their example instilled in me from an early age the importance of hard work, perseverance, and integrity, shaping the foundation for the professional drive and commitment I bring to my career today.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Use your voice and remain authentic; step into opportunities even when you’re unsure; don’t let fear stop you from exploring a new path.
