Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jennifer
01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm a very goal-oriented and driven person. I like doing a good job and I don't know if I could say self-discipline but I'm just goal-oriented.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The affordability piece with premiums increasing, giving cost-effective care to get optimal outcomes, and lack of knowledge that people can't get everything for free from insurance; people need to understand there may be better options or other ways to get better results instead of getting angry at insurance denials.
