Currently, Jennifer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Sourcing and Procurement Solutions, where she leads the company’s strategic vision and drives long-term growth initiatives. In her role, she oversees financial management, resource allocation, regulatory compliance, and the development of innovative market strategies. One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is global instability, which can lead to customer hesitation. At the same time, this environment presents opportunities to build trust, demonstrate value, and innovate solutions that address clients’ evolving needs.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity and follow-through—I strive to do what I say I’m going to do and see it through. I also prioritize transparency, embracing new ideas and perspectives with a receptive and collaborative mindset.
