About Jennifer
Jennifer Freeman is the Principal Broker and Owner of Encompass Real Estate Services, a company she established in 2019 after building nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Based in Northwest Arkansas, she has served clients in the region since 2007, helping individuals and families navigate residential real estate transactions, property investments, and property management. Her career began with Sanderson & Associates Real Estate, where she developed broad expertise across real estate transactions before taking the next step into business ownership.
Jennifer brings extensive experience in brokerage operations, property management, transaction and contract oversight, compliance, renovations, vendor coordination, marketing, systems development, client relations, and agent development. She leads a team of real estate professionals with an emphasis on training, collaboration, flexibility, and strong client service. Her work also includes supporting investors and providing real estate, brokerage, property management, transaction, and operational consulting. Jennifer earned a degree in Organizational Management and Business from John Brown University and holds an Arkansas Real Estate Principal Broker license.
Jennifer’s professional philosophy is grounded in honesty, perseverance, high standards, and the Golden Rule—treating clients, agents, and colleagues as she would want to be treated. She is passionate about helping people find not simply the right property, but the right home and investment opportunities to support their families and future generations. The best career advice I’ve received is to maintain high standards and always live by the Golden Rule—treat others the way I want to be treated.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be tenacious and willing to work hard if you want to build a lasting career. This industry can create generational opportunities while teaching you the skills needed to successfully run a business.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are honesty, perseverance, and excellent customer service. I always put my clients first and strive to treat everyone with the respect and care I would want to receive.
