Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jennifer

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would attribute that to me and my husband. We both have very good leadership skills. We always trust each other. We depend on each other, and I think we've both just decided that we know we can do it. We bounce off each other, we vent to each other. It was just a decision we made together.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Insurance is recession-proof and inflation-proof. It's an honest business where you're helping families and protecting families. It's the number one way to make income because there's no cap. The work you put in is the reward you get. It's hard but rewarding. You just have to get over the fear of calling people.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty, dedication, commitment. Be impeccable with your word. Don't take anything personally. Don't make assumptions. Always do your best.
