About Jennifer
I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Tendo, where I have served since March 2020 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, leading a mission-driven organization committed to creating positive change in the lives of patients and providers. I am also a Board Member at Benchling, Faro, and BTR, and a Founding Partner at GoldsmithLink Advisors, LLC. Earlier, I served as an Advisor at Faro from 2021 to 2025. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Art History from Cornell University, where I was a member of Golden Key National Honors and Psi Chi National Honors and served in the EARS student assistance program and as Lead of the Homeless Intervention & Prevention Program, and completed continuing study in Psychology and Archaeology at the University of Nottingham in conjunction with my Cornell degree program. Throughout my career, I have developed deep expertise in healthcare leadership, board governance, and strategic advising.
