About Jennifer

Jennifer Greenacre serves as Principal Sales Engineer, focusing on multifamily property management software. She began her career in 2009 as a leasing professional and advanced through property operations roles, accumulating nearly 18 years of industry experience before transitioning to the software vendor side approximately seven years ago. In her current role, she draws on her hands-on expertise to deliver technical product demonstrations, provide RFP and RFI support, conduct C-suite presentations, and showcase mobile and desktop solutions that address daily operational challenges for property teams. Greenacre completed about three and a half years of college across various institutions but did not earn a degree, instead building her career through practical experience from the ground up. She attributes her professional trajectory to consistent hard work, noting that growing up with limited resources instilled a deep appreciation for diligence and reliability. Among the values guiding her decisions both professionally and personally is a strong moral compass rooted in faith, which she says brings greater fulfillment beyond financial considerations. Greenacre advises aspiring professionals, particularly young women, to remain flexible amid corporate changes and to embrace emerging technologies such as AI to enhance efficiency and career resilience.

01What do you attribute your success to?

Hard work. When you grow up without a lot and see the struggle financially it makes you really appreciate the value of hard work. I started working at a young age and have been ever since.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always show up and be consistent. You don't always have to be the loudest in the room but you do have to be the most consistent and show up.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be flexible in any career especially in the corporate world. Things change and you can't be surprised by it. Learning to be flexible and go with the flow and learn along the way is the best advice.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI is both the most challenging in how to use it to make every day more efficient and the most exciting thing in the industry in years. Embracing it is key to not putting ourselves at risk.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

A strong moral compass driven by faith. It drives all decision-making professionally and personally and makes life more fulfilling beyond just financial independence.
