About Jennifer
Jennifer Greenfield is the founder of Anton Salon, an experiential educator and facilitator based in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. With over 25 years in the field of professional development, she brings together her background in organizational development, theater, and culinary education to create immersive edutainment experiences that foster connection through facilitation, games, and food. Jennifer holds a master's degree in organizational development and change management from the Milano School of the New School in New York, along with theater training from Playhouse West and the Walnut School in Philadelphia. Her certifications include SIETAR and CTAHR accreditation. She has partnered with Team Bonding for 15 years and led more than 400 corporate team-building programs. In addition to her work, Jennifer supports nonprofits focused on international adoption and attributes her success to community, support, and perseverance. She values openness, honesty, integrity, and creating joy and magic for those around her.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say community, support, and perseverance have been key to my success over my 25-plus years in the field.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Everyone is struggling right now on a variety of levels due to the economy and political times, and I hope the mood improves in the near future.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Openness, honesty, integrity, finding joy in the little things, and wanting to create joy and magic for those around me are the values I bring from my personal life into my work.
