About Jennifer
I've been in the cheese food industry for eight and a half years. Started in quality with specifications and documentation, then spent five years as a demand planner in supply chain handling the deli portfolio. For the past two and a half years I've been in category management, recently becoming a manager of a small team at Galbani Dairy Cheese while collaborating with Kraft Natural Cheese.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Making an impact by taking category management to the next level with creative sales decks and cross-functional collaboration. Taking charge to fill needed roles even when not fully confident, and making decisions based on gut instinct.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
There is always something to do.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always learn things outside your role. Stay curious and hungry to learn to gain depth and credibility. Try to learn a little bit more than what you're asked to do without being taken advantage of. Smile to everybody because that person can help you out in the future.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being a good person overall. Having patience and the right mindset. Taking care of yourself through self-care and checking in on your mental health.
