She is a highly accomplished industrial hygiene and environmental health and safety (EHS) professional with over a decade of experience leading complex risk assessments, compliance initiatives, and safety programs across diverse industries including petrochemical, manufacturing, power generation, and mining. Currently serving as Project Manager at Terracon, she leads and supports moderate to complex industrial hygiene assessments, mentors junior staff, serves as a subject matter expert for clients, and manages project timelines, budgets, and client communications. Prior to this role, she was Senior Industrial Hygienist at 3M, where she led product development studies for eye protection innovations, managed EHS programs including noise control, respiratory protection, and ergonomics, and improved exposure assessment completion by 50% while reducing standalone processes by 60%. Her extensive experience also includes over seven years as Northern Regional Manager and Senior Industrial Hygienist at HSE Solutions, Inc., where she developed IH programs, conducted compliance assessments, and delivered training for a wide range of industrial clients. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Illinois State University with a focus in Industrial Hygiene and a minor in Biological Sciences, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Environmental Health from Heartland Community College. She is a Registered Specialist in Exposure Decision Analysis through the AIHA Registry Programs and a graduate of the AIHA Mentoring Institute.
