As Senior Customer Engagement Strategist at EAC Product Development Solutions, Jennifer works directly with industry leaders to modernize how they design, develop, and deliver products. Her expertise spans CAD, PLM, ALM, Simulation, Technical Publications, Additive Manufacturing, and AI and Agent-based strategies that help organizations capture tribal knowledge and make smarter decisions faster.
Through strategic partnerships with companies like PTC, Formlabs, and INTAMSYS, Jennifer connects the right technologies to the right problems, helping organizations build digital threads that run from design through manufacturing and service, and actually get adopted.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the mentorship and trust of EAC President Thane Hathaway, whose leadership provided opportunities for growth and development. I also credit my curiosity, adaptability, commitment to learning, and ability to build strong professional relationships throughout my career.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to stay curious, keep learning, and remain open to opportunities that may not align with my original plan. Some of the greatest growth comes from embracing change and stepping confidently into unfamiliar territory.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to be bold, stay curious, and embrace opportunities outside your comfort zone. Some of the most rewarding experiences come from taking chances and exploring new paths. Trust your abilities, continue learning, and have the confidence to create your own success.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges are keeping up with rapid advances in technology and AI, managing digital transformation, and ensuring workforce readiness. The greatest opportunities lie in AI-driven solutions, Product Lifecycle Management, additive manufacturing, and helping organizations improve efficiency and innovation through connected technologies.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability. I also value innovation, accountability, empathy, and building strong relationships. Above all, I believe in service-oriented leadership and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
