What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success first and foremost to God, who has guided me throughout every step of my career. I started working at the age of 15, juggling three customer service jobs, and it was during those early experiences that I discovered my passion—and talent—for sales. While I had my reservations about the industry at first, I’ve always led with faith, honesty, and integrity. That foundation has allowed me to grow, lead with purpose, and earn recognitions like the Presidents Circle and being named a Southwest Florida Leader from 2020 through 2021.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received wasn’t spoken—it came from trusting in God to guide my path. That faith has led me to incredible mentors, like Mike Schmidtmann, a business coach who not only believed in me but equipped me with the tools and confidence to succeed. His guidance, along with the wisdom of others placed in my life, has been instrumental in helping me grow into the leader I am today.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is simple but powerful: you can do anything you put your mind to. Stay focused, work hard, have faith, and most importantly—believe in yourself. The combination of determination and belief will take you further than you ever imagined.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and also the greatest opportunity—is being able to reach every person who needs inspiration and guidance. I feel a deep responsibility to share the knowledge and wisdom I’ve gained to help others find their path to greatness and success. It's not always easy to reach everyone, but the opportunity to make that impact keeps me driven every day.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith is the foundation of everything I do—both personally and professionally. My husband and I are both ministers, and together we’ve built a life centered on purpose, family, and service. We’re raising two amazing children, and we also run a Hybrid Christian School to help provide excellent, faith-based education to children in our community and beyond. We’re deeply involved in missions work, with trips to places like Brazil, Europe, and Japan, because we believe in using our lives to uplift others and spread hope wherever we go.
