The best career advice I have received is to keep the solution simple. Overcomplicating problems rarely helps, and clarity often leads to better outcomes and faster progress.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To young women entering the industry, I would say that your success is hinged more on your communication skills and networking than on hard work alone. Building relationships, expressing your ideas clearly, and connecting with the right people will open doors that effort alone cannot.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value being real and authentic in both my personal and professional life. Transparency, and communicating in a clear and concise manner, are principles I hold dear. As a mother of a daughter who just started college, I also cherish the balance between career and family. Outside of work, I enjoy meditation, walking, reading, gardening, and spending time at the beach. These activities help me stay grounded and maintain a sense of well-being amidst a busy professional life.
