About Jennifer
Jennifer Jensen is a retail and sales leader with over 36 years of experience in retail management and customer service across multiple industries. Based in Bismarck, North Dakota, she currently works as a bakery coffee specialist for SpartanNash. In this role, she travels to multiple stores in multiple states to ensure coffee kiosks such as Caribou and Starbucks and in-store bakeries meet operational standards for the best customer experiences. Earlier in her career, she spent 10 years at Eddie Bauer, which provided the foundation for selling and customer service. She then spent 11 years at Cosmoprof, working with wholesale beauty supply products and helping clients build their businesses in the beauty industry. Following a company restructuring, she worked for a couple of years at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage during the COVID period and later at Bath and Body Works before joining SpartanNash.
