Jennifer Kaminsky

Jennifer Kaminsky serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Assistant at Amazon, where she has worked for two and a half years. With 25 years of experience in the technology and biotech sectors, she leverages her MBA to support teams in finance, human resources, legal matters, procurement, employee relations, and internal process improvement. As the first in her family to attend college and graduate school, Kaminsky studied in Boston and began her nonprofit work at the Boston Medical Center's Failure to Thrive clinic for three years. She has held leadership roles in community organizations, including serving as president of the Organization of Chinese Americans in the San Mateo Bay Area for four to five years and as special director for the Korean American Federation for Silicon Valley. Kaminsky volunteers at food kitchens and supports anti-Asian hate initiatives, drawing from her personal commitment to these causes.
