Her Story
About Jennifer
I graduated from art school with a BFA and went into graphic design before transitioning to marketing because I enjoyed the stories behind it and connecting dots through the business. My career spanned corporate, startups, and mission-led organizations, with a focus on community building. After raising my two girls and navigating a divorce, I am now tying back into my artistic roots to help artists amplify their art and bring appreciation back into local communities. While at United Way Bay Area, I developed a Stories of Impact campaign that is still used today.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would point her in the direction of finding what is passionate for her in that area, in life itself, what is meaningful to her and her life. And always bring that into your professional life, because if you're not leading the life that you love, you're certainly not going to show up at a workplace in your best capacity.
