About Jennifer
Jennifer Lapin began her career in 2000 as a consultant with a small consulting company, providing advisory and consultancy services to companies in transportation, FMCG, and logistics. She earned her master's degree in economics in 2002. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, the International Coaching Federation, and the Executive Council for Leading Change. Jennifer currently serves as a digital transformation program leader at FedEx, where a typical day involves four to seven meetings with teams including data analytics and customer experience groups, executive status presentations, identifying program gaps, building roadmaps, and developing strategic views for her program. She aspires to a transformation VP or C-level role leading complex global transformations with a supporting team.
