01What do you attribute your success to?

I credit much of my success to the example set by my mother, who also worked as an Executive Assistant. Her professionalism, strong work ethic, and exceptional organizational skills taught me early on the value of integrity, perseverance, and attention to detail. Her guidance continues to shape how I approach my work today and inspires me to consistently strive for excellence in everything I do.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to document everything. Keeping clear, accurate records strengthens accountability, supports better decision-making, reduces misunderstandings, and provides a reliable reference point when managing projects, resolving issues, or collaborating with others. This simple yet powerful practice has proven invaluable throughout my career.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay curious, ask questions, and remain committed to continuous learning. Focus on building meaningful professional relationships through networking, stay adaptable as the industry evolves, and show up authentically in everything you do. Most importantly, never underestimate the value of your unique skills, perspective, and contributions—they are what create lasting impact and drive meaningful career growth.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field is ensuring that Executive Assistants receive the same level of recognition, professional development, and career advancement opportunities as other business functions. Executive Assistants play a vital role in driving organizational success through strategic support, operational efficiency, and true leadership partnership. Greater visibility and acknowledgment of these contributions would not only elevate the profession but also help attract and retain top-tier talent.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The value that matters most to me in both my professional and personal life is maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I believe balance allows me to perform at a high level at work while also prioritizing my well-being, family, and personal growth. This approach supports resilience, sustained productivity, and long-term success, enabling me to show up as my best self in every aspect of my life.
