About Jennifer
I am the dean of the School of Business. Everything that has to do with academics and professors and adjunct professors falls under my responsibilities. I was inspired to enter higher education by a desire to help other people. Before this I spent eight to ten years in the nonprofit world.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My faith has been one. Surrounding myself with good people who strive for more. My willingness to learn and belief in mentorship.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in themselves and that they can do it. Continue investing in yourself through education, remain consistent and have discipline. Push through challenges to break barriers.
