Jennifer McGurty

I am a real estate investment and asset management professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. I currently serve as Head of Senior Housing Asset Management and Director at AEW Capital Management, where I oversee the performance and strategic management of senior housing assets. Prior to this role, I spent nearly 20 years at AEW as Vice President, contributing to portfolio management and investment operations. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen and completed a marketing internship at Millard Group. I hold an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bentley University.
