I attribute my success to a combination of tremendous self-motivation and expertise in growing small businesses and lending. I genuinely love the work I do, which drives my long-term dedication and resilience. I am deeply committed to serving communities and continually invest in my own growth through ongoing learning and hands-on experience.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to trust their own path, pursue continual growth, and embrace evolution. Every woman has the ability to shape the spaces she enters through leadership, service, and finding purpose in the work she does.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is balancing multiple responsibilities, from managing staffing to meeting client needs on busy days. At the same time, there are significant opportunities, particularly in expanding small-business lending and strengthening relationships with the community while building brand awareness.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are dedication, resilience, and a commitment to serving the community. I also believe in leadership that is grounded in service, putting the needs of others at the heart of every decision.
