I would advise young women entering this industry to trust their own path, pursue continual growth, and embrace evolution. Every woman has the ability to shape the spaces she enters through leadership, service, and finding purpose in the work she does.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is balancing multiple responsibilities, from managing staffing to meeting client needs on busy days. At the same time, there are significant opportunities, particularly in expanding small-business lending and strengthening relationships with the community while building brand awareness.
