Jennifer Ndong

I am currently the Underwriting Manager at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where I have two direct reports and manage the underwriting team. We analyze, assess, and review commercial admitted business for agents countrywide. In my role, I handle referrals and work closely with all the different internal departments, including operations, state affairs, and services, keeping everything in line across the organization. I've been in the commercial insurance field for 16 years. Now that we're a bit more established, I travel probably quarterly to visit my top brokers. I earned my BA in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University, and later returned to complete my MBA in Data Analysis from the same institution.
