About Jennifer
Jennifer Oesterling is a classically trained chef with over two decades of professional experience in the culinary field. She spent the last nine years working in multiple roles for a private catering company that specializes in fraternity and sorority chefs in the Eugene and Corvallis area of Oregon. For the last seven of those nine years she served as Director of Operations and on-site facilitating chef for ten different clients across fifteen locations on two Oregon campuses. In this role she handled scheduling and fiscal responsibilities while coaching chefs, facilitating specialty events, and providing consistent support to young adults navigating the stresses of college life. Jennifer attended culinary school in the 1990s and has worked in food service for a total of thirty-five years. She is currently transitioning her career toward life coaching and trauma coaching, planning to obtain the necessary certifications to support young adults in her community. In addition to her culinary work she operates her own upholstery business focused on marine and automotive replication and is developing a line of high-end bags.
