Jennifer Prince is a dynamic sales leader with extensive experience driving growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer and distributor relationships within the beverage and consumer packaged goods industry. As Director of National Accounts at Sol-ti, Jennifer leads strategic account initiatives, develops key partnerships, and supports the continued growth of a brand focused on clean, functional wellness beverages. With a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and increasing business performance, she is recognized for her ability to combine strategic thinking, relationship building, and a strong commitment to achieving results. Throughout her career, Jennifer has held leadership roles with companies including Kodiak Cakes, Cholula Food Company, TalkingRain Beverage Company, and Icelandic Glacial, where she managed territories, national accounts, distributor partnerships, and sales strategies. Her expertise includes customer relationship management, market expansion, territory leadership, account development, and mentoring teams to achieve shared goals. Known as a driven and dependable professional, Jennifer attributes her success to staying positive, being goal-oriented, continuing to learn, and approaching every challenge with determination and attention to detail. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys an active lifestyle that includes traveling, working out and water sports. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to having a solid family up bringing. My father was in the industry, and he's always been supportive, willing to give feedback and instilled in me that success is what you make it! He was big on leading my example and to approach things with a willingness to learn from others. I also have a strong foundation of being self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to continuous growth. I take pride in being a team leader, staying positive, paying attention to detail, and always being eager to learn new things. I believe these qualities have helped me overcome challenges and contribute meaningfully in my work.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to advocate for yourself, walk into every room with confidence, and always be open to learning from others. Building your knowledge and believing in your own abilities are important parts of professional growth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to develop strong self-awareness, treat others with kindness and respect, find more seasoned professionals as mentors, and remain open to unexpected opportunities. Sometimes the opportunities we do not anticipate can lead to the greatest growth.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities and challenges in my field right now is continuing to grow the business by generating new opportunities and driving sales. Staying innovative, building relationships, and adapting to changing needs are essential for continued success.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me are being a good listener, leading by example, and having the confidence and determination to get the job done. I strive to make a positive difference every day through my actions and the way I support others. In my personal life, it's family first. They drive me to be the best version of myself both in and out of the workplace.
