The best career advice I’ve ever received is to learn as much as possible from others and to lead by example. By observing and absorbing knowledge from those around me while modeling integrity and dedication in my own work, I’ve been able to grow both professionally and personally.

My advice to young women entering my industry is not to be intimidated by others. Stay confident in your abilities, remain curious, and remember that with dedication and a willingness to learn, you can achieve and excel at anything you set your mind to.

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the potential for growth through business development and strategic partnerships, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors.
